If the participant changes his offer or it is necessary to issue a new form DS-2019 he must pay 150
Usd.
C.
If during the program the participant changes his Sponsor he must pay 350 Usd.
D.
The chosen services enter into force once with their payment.
6) TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT AND PAYMENTS REPAYMENT CONDITIONS
A.
The first instalment will be refunded only if the participant didn’t receive an interview with employer
/ sponsor or representative;
B.
If the Program will be canceled by authorities based on pandemic reasons, the Participant can
transfer the first installment to next year's Program. Participant can get a Voucher with a value of 800
Usd only in case he is last year student in 2022 - 2023 academic year or graduate in 2022 year;
C.
In case of visa denial or any other cases the first installment will not be refunded;
D.
It will not be repaid any payment to the Participant once he signed the Program offer, the DS-2019
was issued, received the visa, arrived in the USA, doesn’t like the job, is missing home, he did not
accommodate. It is not an exception: sickness, pregnancy or relatives’ death;
E.
It will not be repaid any payment to the Participant if the agreement termination is done if the US
Embassy, Sponsor or authorities of USA and Uzbekistan modify: the policy, conditions, participation
limit or applies measures which affect the participation to the Program;
F.
It will not be repaid any payment to the Participant who: submitted false or incomplete information
which influences the obtainment of Visa and the participation to Program, once arrived at the visa
interview he does not want to participate, after the visa interview he is listed as Administrative
Processing on ceac.state.gov.;
G.
It will not be repaid any payment to the Participant if he does not return in the form DS-2019, within
5 days from the visa refusal date;
H.
The payments repayment will be transferred directly into account, the requests are submitted from
1st August to 1st September, the holder must attach the printed bank data, the repayment is done
within 30 days from submission, and the afferent transfer fee is paid by participant;
