contact the Sponsor during each month to perform the registration Monthly Check In on the website. I
understand and I agree that I am liable for all the expenses until the arrival at the job, as well as in
returning home at the end of the program, and at the arrival into USA to have enough money, minimum
700$ to bear costs which refer to accommodation, food, transport, entertainment, personal staff and for
emergencies which can occur by the delay of starting to work, the need to change the job or other cases.
I understand that, until the first salary from the employer, a few weeks can pass.

The Program offer: I agree that the program offer from the Sponsor determines the agreement
concluded between me and the employer during the program, and the job which is offered to me
depends on my English level and the program interview. I know that all the jobs offered need good
speaking skills in English language. CAEP is not responsible for the modification of offer by the Sponsor
or Employer. The Sponsor reserves the right of transferring the Participant to another job, employer or
area. I understand that my work hours depend on the level of business of the employer, and it can be
affected by weather, economic conditions, etc. I understand that my work hours can be affected by the
performance at the job. Signing the program offer, I agree with the conditions from the job, position,
responsibilities, salary, number of hours, schedule, accommodation conditions, beginning and end dates.
The failure to observe the above mentioned conditions can be enough reason to be transferred to
another position or employer. If the employer terminates the program agreement, then the Sponsor can,
upon its discretion, offer another job or cancel the program. I agree and understand that I cannot begin
work sooner than the date indicated on form DS-2019 (start date) and I cannot leave the employer
sooner than the date which is indicated in the form DS-2019 (end date). I understand and I agree that I
cannot change the job offered initially by the Sponsor or to go to another job without permission from
the Sponsor company. If it is allowed to have another job, it is my responsibility to submit the
information and documents about the new employer to the Sponsor within 3 (three) working days, on
the contrary the program will be terminated. I understand and I agree that, in the case of a “second
job”, it must be verified and approved by the Sponsor and it must not affect the work hours from the
first job (offered by the Sponsor company). I cannot take the decision of leaving the employer without
discussing it with the representative of the Sponsor company. If I leave the job without the approval of
the Sponsor company, I assume the risk of being excluded from the USA territory. I agree that, in the
case of a “self-arranged” offer I am liable for its truthfulness and I assume the entire liability concerning
the observance of contractual conditions of the employer. In case of the failure to observe them I will not
have objections against the Sponsor / Company / Agent.
E.
Orientation: I understand and agree that before my leave from the original country I will participate
in the orientation organized by the Sponsor / Agent. The failure to do this will lead to the incapacity of
