Consulting agreement

10) OTHER PROVISIONS:
A.
The agreement is signed in two copies with the same legal power and can be modified only with the
parties’ written approval;
B.
Any claim related to the agreement, in the case it is not obtained a mutual agreement, is solved by
the competent court of the USA;
C.
Agreement enters into force on its execution by both parties and is valid until 30th September, 2022.
D.
CAEP is not liable in the case of the modification of program offer;
E.
The relationships established by the program offer, signed by the Participant, are related to the
Participant, Employer and Sponsor;
F.
If the case of some divergences, the parties assume the obligation of solving them amicably and
within reasonable terms.
H.
The participant is obliged to submit in writing an application or to send an email to [e-mail]
about any question or grievance.
11) THE PARTICIPANT CONFIRMS BY SIGNATURE:
A.
I confirm that I have received the information and training services, I have been informed about the
terms and conditions for the participation to the Program;
B.
The information submitted by me is true. I will perform all the training steps and I will bring all the
necessary documents.
C.
I confirm that I am informed about my rights as a subject of personal data provided and the law
concerning personal data protection. I agree that the supplied information is stored and used by CAEP.
