Conclusion 
Modern methods, technologies and tools provide reliable control of the operability of technical objects in all 
railroad hauls at certain intervals, "continuous control" of technical objects in all hauls being practically impossible. 
Therefore, to ensure the safety of the track, these objects are controlled on schedule so that the control of each haul takes 
not less than a certain period of time. It is clear that the smaller this period, the greater the guarantee of safety. However, 
in reality, it is impossible to guarantee the complete stability of the technical condition of control objects of the track 
during these periods of time. Obviously, this makes it very difficult to guarantee complete safety of railroad tracks in 
seismically active regions. Therefore, in order to solve the safety problem, it is necessary to continuously monitor the

beginning of the transition to an emergency state of all technical objects of the track in all railroad hauls at specified time 
intervals, using simple and inexpensive technical tools. This paper considers one possible solution to this problem. At the 
same time, the use of traditional correlation, spectral and other analysis technologies proved to be ineffective for the 
formation of corresponding attributes of informative attributes by analyzing vibration signals. This is due to the fact that, 
substantial errors caused by the effects of the noise of vibration signals arise, reducing the adequacy of the results of track 
control. In this paper, the technology of separate analysis of the useful vibration signal, the noise of the vibration signal, 
and the relationship between them is used to eliminate this difficulty. We propose one of the possible options of intelligent 
Noise control tools, which can be easily implemented in all technical objects of the track. Noise here is used as a carrier 
of diagnostic information, by means of which a set of informational signs are formed, making it possible to identify the 
technical condition of the control objects.
