Abstract. 
In the research work, the issue of forecasting the number of equipment in the oil and gas industry of the republic 
in the conditions of partially reliable information at oil and gas production enterprises is considered on the example of drilling 
companies[1]. The main goal of the work is to determine the optimal amount of required equipment at oil and gas production enterprises 
using the available information. It is proposed to apply the coefficient of labor intensity for the adequacy of the simulation results.

The drilling process consists of several stages - technological operations. In some of these technological 
operations, all equipment is involved, in others, individual units[2]. It should also be noted that the percentage of 
equipment participation in technological operations ranges from 100≥TM≥0. The normative participation of equipment 
(in%) during technological processes in drilling was determined using Bayes theorem and is given in the table below. 
The proposed technique can be used to determine the optimal number of rigs for each drilling enterprise in 
accordance with the available production resources[3].It is advisable to use this when justifying production plans and 
forecasting future demand for drilling equipment and spare parts.
