After the collapse of the Soviet Union and achieving independence, Kazakhstan faced with the same problems 
as other countries of the former USSR. A sharp decline in the country's GDP was observed due to outdated technologies 
and the loss of ties with traditional markets, production in virtually all areas fell sharply, which led to unemployment, 
hyperinflation, and a sharp decrease in household incomes. It was necessary to comprehensively solve all these problems.
