In 1989, he began his career as an engineer-researcher at the department of "Technology of heat and cold" of 
Azerbaijan Technical University. In 1991 she entered graduate school at the Azerbaijan Technical University, 
and in 1993 he defended her thesis on the topic “Thermal properties of aliphatic alcohols and their binary 
mixtures”. Received a doctorate degree in technical sciences. He is research co-worker at the department 
“Technical Thermodynamics” of University of Rostock from 2006 and has permanent position in this 
University from year 2011.
Dr. Javid Safarov is the co-author of 1 book, 2 monograph, 4 lecture book and more than 400 publications in 
the journals and conferences. Articles of the American Chemical Society, British Society, Science Direct, 
Springer, Acta Chemical Slova, Acta Chimica Slovenica, Aquatic Geochemistry, Brazilian Journal of Chemical Engineering, Deep 
Sea Research Part I, the most influential influence factor in various countries of the world.
Javid Safarov delivered extensive lectures at scientific conferences in many countries (USA, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, 
France, England, Portugal, Russian Federation, Slovakia, Turkey, Japan, Greece, Ukraine, etc.).
