Conclusion
The development of an educational institution is interconnected with the
development of information
technologies and subjects of the educational process. The modern concept of quality management in education should be
constantly developed at the university, the components of which are: providing quality education, analyzing the external
and internal environment of the organization, choosing a university strategy in accordance
with its strengths and
weaknesses, all this is not possible without information technologies and systems.
Universities as educational institutions benefit from smart solutions. Analyzing and optimizing the impact of
internal resources are important assets for universities. This data should be used to improve institutional processes and
streamline resource input. Further goals are improved learning and teaching processes, lower dropout rates and higher
success rates.
Another long-term aspect is the digital literacy of teachers. There is a definite positive relationship between
digital literacy and the introduction of new technologies. The use of digital technologies
can also increase their
opportunities in the educational process. [3]
The results obtained show that all studied technologies were aimed at improving and transforming various
educational concepts using information systems. In this document, 5 e-learning tools were evaluated and benchmarked. As
the study
of virtual communication shows, the advanced and most demanded software assumes the possibility of
informatization of each educational institution in terms of management, learning and teaching, ensuring the activities of
all units of functioning and development.
The analysis of the data indicates that the activity on the formation of the software system at the university is a
complex integration process in which almost
all university employees, both academic and administrative staff, are
involved. In any of the studied systems it is required to implement the following mechanisms:
- collection, accumulation and storage of a variety of data about
students, teachers, teaching materials and other
services provided.
- systematization of data , presentation of information in appropriate forms;
- technical support for system users
However using software, can significantly simplify and improve the process of
exchanging information and
feedback. Software supports collaborative learning, such as sharing materials and knowledge or discussing with peers
and lecturers. [3]
Undoubtedly, intelligent solutions that integrate software into learning processes have an important impact on
future learning opportunities and scenarios.
