FIND OUT OF HELMINTHOFAUNA OF FISHING BIRDS IN LANKARAN-
ASTARA REGION 
Due to the mild climate and rich vegetation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the country's waters are also rich in birds. These 
birds feed on a variety of aquatic animals, including fish. It is the rich fish stocks that attract fish-eating birds to the waters of the 
Caspian Sea. The Republic of Azerbaijan occupies an important place for fish stocks and the development of fisheries. Valuable fish 
species live in the seas and lakes of the republic. These fish include sturgeon, salmon and other scorpions. The purpose of the research 
is to study the helminth fauna of fish-eating birds living in the waters of the Kyzylagach reserve and coming here to spend the winter, 
to study the ways of formation of helminth fauna of these birds.
