Introduction
Communication barriers are obstacles caused by natural, social and psychological factors that arise in the process of communication. In the modern world, in the conditions of human interaction, difficulties or communication barriers arise in various fields of activity.
Communication barriers can cause conflicts in communication between business partners.
At the heart of any conflict are such barriers, which include conflicting positions of business partners on any issue, as well as a mismatch of interests. To resolve the conflict, these barriers must be overcome. Overcoming barriers is the way to effective communication, establishing relationships between people. In order to properly overcome communication barriers and prevent the emergence of barriers, a PR specialist must have knowledge and skills in communication, master communication methods and ways to overcome barriers.
I chose the topic of the term paper “Barriers of communication”, because I wanted to know in more detail what difficulties you might encounter in the process of communication.
The purpose of the course work is to analyze both communication barriers and interpersonal ones. As well as identifying possible types of communication barriers in the activities of PR specialists and other specialists of various professions.
Objectives of the course work:
Expand the concept of a barrier;
To reveal ideas about the barriers of mass communication;
To reveal ideas about the barriers of interpersonal communication;
Consider different ways to overcome communication barriers;
Find out the features of the professional activity of a specialist in the field of PR ;
Analyze the above;
PR specialists and other employees of various professions using the example of PR -Agency Babich and Partners LLC, as well as specialists from other fields of activity, namely doctors, managers, etc .;
Provide a comparison.
When writing a term paper, I used scientific, educational literature.
The main sources of information were textbooks for organizing PR activities , the authors of which are:
Black S. "Introduction to Public Relations "; Borozdina G.V. "Psychology of business flattery "; Kurbatov V.I. Business Success Strategy. I also used the journal "Questions of Psychology No. 1", the author is Shakurov R.Kh. For the correct designation of many concepts, I used the dictionary "Fundamentals of Communication Theory".
For practical research, I used the book of Gorshkoy M.K., Shereg R.R. "How to Conduct Sociological Research".
