Another way we place extra emphasis on something in English is by adding d o /
does/did to affirm ative sentences in the present simple and past simple. Doing this
expresses a contrast or a strong feeling. Listen as you read the examples.

I do like travelling abroad but I also don't m ind spending my holidays relaxing at home.
