 one  of  the  three  classes  of  people  who  can  be  involved  in
something  that  is  said.  The  person  or  people  who  are  speaking  or
writing are called the first person (‘I’, ‘we’). The person or people who
are  listening  or  reading  are  called  the  second  person  (‘you’).  The
person,  people  or  things  that  are  being  talked  about  are  called  the
third person(‘he’, ‘she’, ‘it’, ‘they’).
