INTRODUCTION
On a personal basis, learning languages allows us to broaden our horizons, obtain a better job, or boost our chances of landing a decent employment. It is simpler to travel and learn about diverse cultures when you know a foreign language. It also encourages tolerance. Knowing an international language, such as English, which is the language of information and business, opens up more chances. Furthermore, this is the language in which the majority of information on the internet is written. Knowing and realizing the importance of foreign languages, On September 23, 2020 President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev introduced a decree “Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on education”. This was done in order to improve the quality of educational relationships in the teaching and learning of foreign languages in educational institutions. This would result in a well-educated, modern generation with a strong grasp of other languages, which would be beneficial in the future. All of the required conditions were created, all language teaching facilities were provided, and certain language centers were financed, resulting in an increase in the level of language instruction in our country.
Our country has not slowed down in improving its educational system, keeping in mind that perfection has no limits. Thus, on April, 2017, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a decree «On Measures for the further development of the Higher Education System». This resolution was made with a view to improving overall performance of higher education system and producing specialists who would meet the international standards.
The usage of English is highly important at this time because of the necessity of utilizing English in everyday life, from school to business to technology. If the learning approach is effective, the output of using English will also provide valuable soft skills such as the ability to write, talk, listen, and read. Soft talents such as these are highly valued in the workplace. As a result, this demonstrates how crucial the usage of English is nowadays.
The topicality of this research is that learning comparative approach and the process carefully is very essential while learning English.
