We know that Informative Presentation is a common request in business and industry.

Let me show Presentation Components and Their Functions.

The 1st one is Attention Statement. In here presenter must raise interest and motivate the audience.

Introduction. In that part presenter needs show general points of presentations.

Body shows key points and main ideas of speech or presentation.

So… next is the Conclusion. Summarizing all opinions and it is the moment to say final word.

In the Residual Message part, you can say about moral story or main point which connecting with central theme.

The next. I’d like explain FUNCTIONS


We often use eight functions in Informative Presentations.

Share information is the process of understanding and sharing. meaning or offerring to share with the audience which some of the information you have gathered related to a topic.

Increasing undestanding. There are two levels: knowledge and attention for your presentation.


Change perceptions. I think, this function is focusing on adaptation for opinions

The next point is Gain skills. It is increasing knowledge and sharing real-life experiences.

So... Interpret. When we share informal information, we often provide our own perspective for our own reasons.


Explain is a public exhibition and display.

Adapting to the information is communicating a message, perspective, or agenda.

The last one: Controlling own creations. Every situation or every opinion have their objective and subjective causes. I think, during the speech and presentation, presenter must try to keep balance between positive and negative sides about some situation or subject.
