Chapter 20: Troubleshooting IP, IPv6, and VLANs    I want to say this is the most impor-

tant chapter in the book, but that’s hard to say. You can decide that yourself when you take 

the exam! Be sure to go through all the troubleshooting steps for IP, IPv6, and VLANs.
