TRANSIT TIME

Up to 500 miles - 1 day

500-800 miles 1-2 days
800-1100 miles 2-3 days
1100-1400 miles - 3-4 days
1400-1800 miles 4-5 days
1800-2100 miles 5-6 days
2100-2500 miles 6-8 days
2500-2800 miles - 7-9 days
2800-3100 miles -9-11 days
BASIC RULES
* Always pay attention to the client’s questions and client’s needs (Pickup/Delivery timing and flexibility, Pickup/Delivery location, Kind of trailer they wish, Size of Cargo items if Customer wants to ship them with the vehicle, Price - if Customer asks for lower quote, Discounts needs, Insurance etc.)
By speaking with customer and answering their questions, you are trying to answer your own questions about vehicle that is set for shipping.
Before giving right quote (price/rate), time estimation etc., make sure that you have enough information about it:
1. PICKUP / DELIVERY LOCATION (find on google maps)
How good this route is? Is it bad or good or something between? Is it along major highway? Good location – or HOT route will be Major to Major City
2. PICKUP /DELIVERY TIME
Standard Pickup Window is 1-5 days, starting with the first date vehicle is ready for pickup. In case of HOT routes it can be 1-3 days.
3. SIZE OF VEHICLE (YEAR, MAKE AND MODEL – google it)
To give right price, size of vehicle really matters, so make sure you have good picture of size and kind of vehicle. Is it:
- CAR (Coupe, Small Sedan, Midsize Sedan, Large Sedan)
- SUV (Small SUV, Normal Size, or Large Size)
- PICKUP (Short, Full Size)
- VAN

4. CONDITION OF THE VEHICLE
Make sure that vehicle is in running condition. If it is NOT, it need to rolls, steers and brakes in order to be shipped and you have to give $100 higher bid for shipping non-running vehicle. Noticed if customer has comments regarding modification of the vehicle. Significant modifications in size of the vehicle will higher the cost of shipping ($100+). If car is lowered, notice if it is lower than 4 inches (ENCLOSED NEEDED) and if it looks tall, make sure it is not taller than 8 feet. (IF YES IT CAN’T BE TRANSPORTED)
