B – Student’s unilateral withdrawal option

It is possible to subscribe to this clause governing the unilateral withdrawal of the student, derogating 

from the general discipline referred to in art. 4 paragraph 1 of this contract. 

The clause, if signed and paid when subscribing to any of the formulas described above, provides for a 

refund in favor of the student of 100% of the amount paid, net of the clause paid, in case of withdrawal 

from the program up to 7 days before departure for NY and, if the withdrawal is due to reasons related 

to the COVID-19 pandemic, the same can be communicated up to the day before departure.
