Business letter to Supplier

Dear Bob,

I’m writing because the last shipment of goods did not include everything we ordered. We order a lot of things as usual, as you know and many came, but not all. This is for the shipment dated May 2, 2019. You are the only authorized supplier our corporate office lets us buy from, so we have no choice. Anyways, the shipment came on time on April 25^th and we are missing 3 containers of cheese and 1 box of pizza sauce (you know the one we usually get, not the other one you sell).

You’re really good about getting our shipments to us on time and we appreciate that. But that didn’t happen this time. We need this ASAP! Plz and thanks 😊
