Conclusion:
After independence, Uzbekistan embarked on the path of creating a society based on the principles of a market economy, developing mutually beneficial cooperation with foreign countries, integrating into the world market system, primarily through improving foreign trade and attracting foreign investment. Such a policy is focused on supporting the economy through the rational use of available funds and opportunities, attracting foreign investment in priority sectors. Today, there are several forms of attracting foreign investments, including the creation of joint ventures through equity participation, enterprises with 100% foreign participation, subsidiaries and branches of large foreign companies and firms, the conclusion of concession and leasing agreements, the announcement of tenders, the creation of free economic zones, the acquisition and sale of financial assets.
