The joint project of United Nations Development Programme, Global Environment Facility (GEF) 
and Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation "Mainstreaming biodiversity 
conservation into Russia’s energy sector policies and operations" start up in Russia. Kemerovo Region is the 
leading region of Russia for the extraction of various coal grades, it has become one of the eight demonstra-
tion areas for the implementation of this project. In the Kemerovo region, along with large areas of disturbed 
lands, rare and unique ecosystems for Siberia have been preserved. Analysis of indicators of the status of 
biodiversity wose performed. The diversity of ecosystems is represented by 22 landscape areas. Species 
richness of the Novokuznetsk district – 775 species; Rare species index 43.7. 
 
 
СОСУДИСТЫЕ РАСТЕНИЯ ОСОБО ОХРАНЯЕМЫХ ПРИРОДНЫХ ТЕРРИТОРИЙ 
ОКРЕСТНОСТЕЙ ЮЖНО-САХАЛИНСКА

В соответствии с Государственным кадастром особо охраняемых природных территорий ре-
гионального значения Сахалинской области (Государственный…, 2017) на территории муниципаль-
ного образования «Город Южно-Сахалинск» в настоящее время действует 6 особо охраняемых при-
родных территорий (ООПТ) ранга памятников природы, общей площадью 2049.1га.Флористические 
исследования на этих природных объектах до 2014 г. не проводились. 
Согласно флористическому делению суши, проведенному А. Л. Тахтаджяном (1978), все па-
мятники природы окрестностей Южно-Сахалинска находятся в пределах Сахалино-Хоккайдской
