My name is Temur.I am 10 years old.I live in Tashkent.I am in the fifth form.I am very sociable.I speak in a foreign language.It is English.I like to read books and ride a bicycle.I have a lot of friends.But I have only one close friend,his name is Aziz.He is very clever,well-bred and kind boy.I can draw and swim very well.I have a happy family.My family consists of members.I live with grandparents,
Parents and a little brother.In the future I want to be a computer programmer or engineer.
My family
My family is not very big.I have got grandparents,parents and a little brother.My grandfather’s name is Murod and grandmother’s name is Shoira.My grandparents are pensioners.My father’s name is Botir.He is a doctor.My mother’s name is Zarina and she is a teacher.My brother is 4 years old.He goes to the kindergarten.I like to play with him.I love my family very much.
My day
I usually get up at 7 o’clock.I do morning exercises,wash myself and get dressed.I have breakfast at 7:20.I eat porridge, sandwich and drink a cup of tea or juice for my breakfast.I go to school at 7:40 and I usually have 5 or 6 lessons every day.I always have lunch at school.I come home at 12:00 o’clock.At first,I wash hands and change my clothes,then I have dinner.After dinner I have a rest.At 14:00 o’clock I do my homework.At 15:00 I have tea time.In free time I help parents about house and garden.At 18:30 we have supper.Later,I read interesting books or watch TV.At 21:00 o’clock I wish good dreams to my parents and go to bed.
My school
My school number is 25.It is very big and coomfortable.The school has 3 floors,many classrooms,large and light halls,a canteen and big gym.Lessons in our school start at 8:00 and finish at 12:00.We study a lot of subjects:maths,russian,english,PE,music and art.
We have to wear a school uniform.Girls wear dark blue jackets,white shirts and skirts.Boys wear dark,blue jackets,grey vests,white shirts and trousers.
At the beginning of lesson,we have to stand up and greet our teacher.We have to put our hand up to ask and answer the questions.I like my school very much.
Our teacher
Diana Viktorovna Korolenko is our teacher of English.She is young and energetic.She teaches English from first to ninth form.English lessons are very interesting.
During the lessons we learn grammar rules and do grammar exercises.Our teacher explains new themes very easy and she gives many new words to learn.At the lesson we read and translate different topics,listen interesting stories ans sing songs in English.Sometimes we compose dialogues or take part in different roleplays.
I think we are happy to have her as our teacher of English.
Books
Books are our teachers and friends.They teach us to kind,clever,polite,hard-
working,friendly.Books helps us to know more information about nature,the world around us and many other interesting things.
There are a lot of books on history,outstanding people,animals,planets,children,
school and so on.Children like to read short stories.novels,fairy-tales,fables and poems.
We must keep books clean and tidy.We must not spoil them.
My friend
My friend’s name is Kate.She is my classmate.Kate is 10 years old.She is a kind,pretty and clever girl.Her hair is long and dark,her eyes are blue.
We always go to school together.Her favourite subject is English.My friend can play the piano and sing.We like to play and go for a walk together.
My pets
I love animals very much.I have got pets at home.They’re kitten and tortoise.Kitten’s name is Lucy and tortoise’s name is Toty.Lucy is very pretty and playful.Toty is very small yet.I like to take care of them.Lucy likes to play and jump.She likes milk.Toty likes to walk in the garden and he likes to eat grass,apple and cabbage.Lucy and Toty are my Favourite pets.
Birthday
I am eleven years old.I love all holidays,but birthday is my favourite holiday.My birthday is on the thirdof June.I usually have a party on this day.I invite my friends
We have much fun during the party.My mother cooks very tasty and big cake.We eat cake,sweets,ice-cream and drink different cocktails.We play funny games and dance.I get a lot of presents on this day.
Seasons
There are four seasons in the year.Winter,spring,summer,autumn.
December,January and February are winter months.In winter the weather is cold.It usually snows.The days are short and the nights are long.The rivers and lakes freeze and we go skating and skiing.
March,April and May are spring months.Spring is a nice season.The weather is warm.There are many green trees,flowers in the streets and parks.The sun shines brightly.The birds sing songs everywhere.
June,July and August are summer months.In summer it is usually hot.The sky is blue and clear.The days are long and the nights are short.There are many fruits,berries and vegetables in summer.
September,October and November are autumn months.In autumn the weather is cool.It often rains.The days become shorter and the nights become longer.The birds prepare to fly to South.The leaves of the trees are yellow,red and brown.
