wider opportunities to multiply markets and services, education, healthcare, credit, 
resources, and investment. At the same time, the growth of the digital economy will 
not be without problems. With digitization bring many opportunities to the country's 
economy, there are also its negative aspects. That is, digitization creates new jobs,

purpose of this study is to develop principles for the promotion of the digital economy. 
The current changes in socio-economic relations, along with a number of features 
of the digital economy, the transition to a post-industrial structure and is reflected in 
the following ideas: 
1. The most important condition for development is the existence of intellectual 
efforts used to increase economic efficiency. Nowadays, the most convenient 
companies for investors have intellectual resources companies. Well-known examples 
here are representatives of the Internet economy, such as Google, Uber, Booking, 
which are in fact digital platforms without physical action, and in their capitalization

6. The development of the digital economy is also one of the strategic issues for
