To configure the devices on your network to use your new DNS server, all you 
should need to do is change the configuration 
option domain-name-servers 
192.168.1.1;
 to point to the IP address of the new DNS server that we're in the 
process of setting up. When clients request a DHCP lease (or attempt to renew an 
existing lease), they will be configured with the new DNS server automatically.
With the caching name server we just set up, hosts that utilize it will check it first for 
any hosts they attempt to look up. If they look up a website or host that is not within 
your local network, their requests will be forwarded to the forwarding addresses you 
configured for
