3. How might the level of urban noise be reduced?
Well, first of all, drivers shouldn't be allowed to honk in the city, and policemen should enforce
this law. In addition, traffic conditions should be improved, because noise frequently originates
from traffic jams. If traffic is smooth, cars will just go by without stopping．So the engines won't
roar. I guess that new houses should be built as far as possible from the roads．And planting trees
in between streets and apartments could be a way to reduce noise levels significantly.
