2. What qualities are necessary to do this job?
Well, being hard-working is essential to becoming a good manager. In addition, I
should be specialized in my field, in order to make the right decisions and show my staff
how things should be done．On top of this, a good manager should be decisive, ambitious
and encouraging. As a manager you should take responsibility for the whole team’s results
and wrong-doings. A boss should manage to balance his passion for the job and his ability to
remain cool at all times.
