2. How concerned are people about these dangers?
I think that young people are more concerned about these dangers than the older
generations, but I think everyone feels helpless, because we don't seem to have the power to do
anything. It seems like government officials are the only ones who have the ability to take
effective and constructive measures. Everyone realizes that the water is polluted, that the air is full
of dust and other nasty（＝disgusting) particles, and people talk about these forms of pollutions,
but no one seems to take action.
