Annotation:In this article, the use of land resource in term of its environmental aspects, 
land use requirements, and requirements for land protection are described in the Land Code 
of the Republic of Uzbekistan. 
Key words: Rational utilization, water erosion, swamping, so keep to fail fertility, 
anthropogenic activity. 
In today's day and land resources use in the process of land owners and from there the 
user will be required to put in the number of environmental requirements also plays a 
special role. Thus, soil protection to related of the country in the legislation also a separate 
set was established. 
Land resources of each party 's reasonable to use them to protect to and as a result 
land resources with associated environmental and other problems to prevent to take science 
and industry of the pressing issues is one of the. 
Environmental-economic relationships in rural farm products to grow designed 
agricultural soils, and fertilizers, including rich fertile soil layer consists of which arable 
lands , most of the valuable lands is from. 
Of the republic of uzbekistan on land relations that there is a trend of development, 
rational use and takes the opportunity necessary to improve the protection. Consequently 
resources land use in the process of following a number of some of the problems are: 

wind and water soil erosion, waterlogging their shift, dehydration, where the common 
being; 

the break was coming out of not recultivated and gradually from the circulation of 
agricultural lands of the number is increasing; 

pestisids of agricultural lands, industrial production of harmful items condition 
contamination of soils has increased in violation of the conditions, their land, and this 
other category, hold or taking the recovery requirements; 

soils from the rational use and their protection to in regard of the land law, the 
requirements of the violation of the process is underway and is getting worse. 
Land of legislation improvement and application on all events in practice this such 
as negative processes of elimination and prevention is paid.
