Ergonomic -clothing, its individual parts determine the degree of compliance with the 
anthropometric and psychophysical qualities of man, its compliance with sanitary-hygienic 
norms; ease of use of the product in different everyday and production conditions; 
exploitation - maintains the quality of the garment during use, determines the level of 
stability and durability [1]. 
The most common questionnaire was used to determine consumer demand for national 
clothing. The questionnaire consisted of 5 different open and closed questions. A total of 200 
middle-aged respondents received answers through a series of questions. The results are 
given in Table 1.

The results of the survey show that the so-called atlas and adras fabrics are not durable 
by the respondents, the national fabrics change color after one or two washes, the fabric loses 
its appearance, and the silk becomes larger and more cohesive. emphasizing the loss, the 
following requirements were placed on the national clothes: good air permeability, does not 
lose its shape, good color stability feature, durable, unadorned, not long and wide, good 
hygroscopicity, front and neck industries were required to wear clothes made of national 
fabric, with a more closed shape, light, comfortable, heat-retaining. It was concluded that it 
would be more modern to wear national costumes in a more sporty style.
