Application by NRIs
Bid cum application forms have been made available for NRIs at the Head Office and Corporate Office of the Bank.
NRI applicants may please note that only such applications as are accompanied by payment in free foreign exchange
shall be considered for Allotment. The NRIs who intend to make payment through Non-Resident Ordinary (NRO) accounts
shall use the form meant for Resident Indians.
Application by FIIs
As per the current regulations, the following restrictions are applicable for investments by FIIs:
The shareholding of a single FII should not exceed 10% of our post Issue issued capital (i.e. 10% of 364,265,400 Equity
Shares of Rs. 10 each) Equity Shares. In respect of an FII investing in our Equity Shares on behalf of its sub-accounts,
the investment on behalf of each sub-account shall not exceed 10% of our total issued capital or 5% of our total issued
capital in case such sub-account is a foreign corporate or an individual, together with the existing shareholding of such
sub account.
As per the current regulations, the following restrictions are applicable for SEBI registered Venture Capital Funds and
Foreign Venture Capital Investors:
The SEBI (Venture Capital) Regulations, 1996 and the SEBI (Foreign Venture Capital Investor) Regulations, 2000 prescribe
investment restrictions on venture capital funds and foreign venture capital investors registered with SEBI. Accordingly,
the holding by any individual venture capital fund or foreign venture capital investor registered with SEBI should not
exceed 25% of the corpus of the venture capital fund/ foreign venture capital investor.
Maximum and Minimum Bid Size
(a)
For Retail Individual Bidders:
The Bid must be for a minimum of [

Share thereafter, so as to ensure that the Bid Amount payable by the Bidder does not exceed Rs. 100,000. In case
of revision of Bids, the Retail Individual Bidders have to ensure that the Bid Amount does not exceed Rs. 100,000.
In case the Bid Amount is over Rs. 100,000 due to revision of the Bid or revision of the Price Band or on exercise
of cut-off option, the Bid would be considered for allocation under the Non Institutional Bidders portion. The cut-off
option is an option given only to the Retail Individual Bidders indicating their agreement to Bid and purchase at the
final Issue Price as determined at the end of the Book Building Process.
