Letters of allotment or refund orders
We shall give credit to the beneficiary account with Depository Participants within two working days from the date of
Allotment. We shall ensure despatch of refund orders, if any, of value up to Rs. 1,500 by “Under Certificate of Posting”,
and shall dispatch refund orders above Rs. 1,500, if any, by registered post or speed post only at the sole or First
Bidder’s sole risk within 15 days of the Bid Closing Date/Issue Closing Date, and adequate funds for the purpose shall
be made available to the Registrar by us.
In accordance the requirements of the Stock Exchanges and SEBI Guidelines, we undertake that:
Allotment shall be made only in dematerialised form within fifteen days from the Issue Closing Date;
Despatch of refund orders shall be done within 15 days from the Issue Closing Date; and
We shall pay interest at 15.0% per annum (for any delay beyond the 15-day time period as mentioned above), if
allotment is not made, refund orders are not despatched and/or demat credits are not made to Bidders within the
15-day time prescribed above, provided that the beneficiary particulars relating to such Bidders as given by the
Bidders is valid at the time of the upload of the demat credit.
We will provide adequate funds required for despatch of refund orders or allotment advice to the Registrar to the Issue.
Refunds will be made by cheques, pay orders or demand drafts drawn on the Escrow Collection Bank and payable at
par at places where Bids are received. The bank charges, if any, for encashing such cheques, pay orders or demand
drafts at other centres will be payable by the Bidders.
