Regulation 11: Inspection
of Register
The register shall, except
when closed under
Regulation 12, be open to
inspection, free of charge,
at the place where it is
maintained during business
hours, subject to such
reasonable restrictions as
the board may impose, but
that not less than two hours
in each working day be
allowed for inspection
Notwithstanding anything
contained in sub-regulation
(ii), any duly authorized
officer of the Government
shall have the right to
make a copy of any entry
in the register or be
furnished a copy of the
register or any part thereof.
