Xulosa.
Bu galgi laboratoriya ishida bipolyar tranzistorda yasalgan emitter qaytargich sxemasini tadqiq qildik, NI M-multisim dasturiy muhiti yordamida differensial parametrlarini o’lchab, dinamik xarakteristikalarini tahlil qilish ishlarini olib bordik.
Ishni bajarish davomida BC847 nomli tranzistordan foydalandik. Dastlab sxema bo’yicha NI-Multisim dasturida sxemani yig’dik va berilgan boshlang’ich parametrlar asosida E0 ni topdik va E1 ning qolgan qiymatlarini topdik va jadvalni to’ldirdik. Va jadval asosida grafiklarni chizdik.
