Place and period of the scientific internship: Cyber Security Institute, TUBITAK BILGEM, 2 months
The purpose of the scientific internship: Strengthening of knowledge about the cyber threats, the detection of weaknesses and the prevention of attacks in Big Data and gaining practical skills in it.

2	Main activities. Participation in the seminars, discussions and lectures in following topics:
	Big Data and its problems	Shaping the analytical skills in working with Big Data and the study of various problems of Big Data from a theoretical and practical point of view.	1^st week
	Cyber threats to Big Data	Study of various threats and attacks on Big Data, as well as their consequences.	2^nd week
	Models of preventing cyber threats	Analysis of existing models for preventing cyber threats and their consequences.	3^rd week
	Algorithms of preventing cyber threats	Study and analysis of different algorithms for preventing cyber threats and their principles of operation.	4^th weeks
3	Discussions in the real case study examples and practical tasks:
	Hardware tools of supporting cyber security in Big Data	Overview of hardware tools for ensuring Big Data cyber security and studying their characteristics and the principles of their work.	5^th week
	Software tools of supporting cyber security in Big Data	Overview of software tools for ensuring Big Data cyber security and studying their characteristics and the principles of their work.	6^th week
	Fields that use cyber security supporting tools	Analysis of areas where cyber security tools are used and obtaining results on the effectiveness of the use of these tools.	7^th week
4	Final part of the internship:
	Preparing the research internship report and obtaining a certificate of passing a scientific internship.			8^th week
