Forecasting - (Greek prgognose-preview) Financial management is meant to develop long-term financial modalities in a single whole and in different parts of the financial system. Forecasting is the development of a conceptual or optimistic view of an object or phenomenon in the future, about the possibility of achieving them and the possible ways of their realization. One of the economic methods of forecasting is the sum of ways, methods and means of development and implementation of plans that determine the future status of the economic system

Cash flow forecasting is one of the important aspects of your business plan. It is through cash flow control to prevent problems, or opportunities may be available .

Cash flow forecasts indicate when to make a profit and when to cover the costs.

Cash flow forecast must include the following:  all the receipts and cash from the buyers ;  raw materials, securities, real estate and other fees ; Restricted to pay for the costs ; in salary, awards and other costs ;  the purchase of technology ; Reading, grants or other sources involved in the enterprise ; Reading payments ; taxes and the obligatory payments of debt .

It is a difficult process to ensure accuracy in the management. There is, however, a possibility to increase this accuracy through risk assessment.
