The Role of Management Structure in Information Systems.

The information system should provide the community and each organization with the following:

1. The structure of the information system and the purpose of its application should coincide with the task facing the society and the enterprise. For example; a commercial company - a useful business, a social enterprise, and a political enterprise.

2. The information system should be governed by human beings and based on the principles of social ethics.

3. Provide correct, timely and accurate information to the customer or systems.

Controlling the structure of the organization's information system begins with an analysis of the organizational structure. Control means the following objectives are achieved:

Coordination - development of regulatory and organizational structure of normative documents; state schedules, departments, laboratories, etc.

Identity - this function develops methods and forms of company or organization indices. For example; accounting reports, financial statements, management reports and many others.

Analysis (analysis) - determines the extent to which planned tasks are implemented. As the analytical process starts, the first priority is to focus on how to do it. If the only methodology for evaluating the financial condition of the enterprise and its expectations was created and if there is a software application, the process could work at noon.

Unfortunately, this is not the case. Therefore, this process is often carried out by individual companies (accountants, managers, analysts) based on specific tasks.

In the analysis of financial statements indicators, as well as different financial coefficients, the opportunity to create their unique software is limited. At the same time, the use of such words as "growing", "declining", "positive change", "negative change", "good", "this is bad" it's not. At the same time, analytical interpretation of the analytical texts in analytical materials, as well as conclusions on analytical results, do not fully comply with the requirements of the client.
