таълим жараёнида назорат, ташкилий ишлар, ташхисот, ўқитиш ва ўқув жараёнини 
функция ва вазифаларини тубдан ўзгартириб, уни такомиллаштиришга ёрдам беради. 
Модул принципи асосида вазифаларни тест шаклида олиб бориш ўқув жараёнини юқори 
даражада ташкил қилишга, уни мувофиқлаштириш ва уйғунлаштиришини таъминлаши 
кўп марта исботланган.

Тест түрінде тапсырмаларды жаңа білім алатын технологиялармен ұштастыра 
отырып қолдану мұндай тапсырмалардың үйретуші, бақылаушы, ұйымдастырушы, 
диагностикалық, тәрбие және ынта қызметтерін жандандыру арқылы оқу үдерісін 
түбегейлі жақсарту қамтамасыз етуге мүмкіндік береді. Оқу үдерісін ұйымдастырудың 
модульдік қағидасымен үйлестірілген тест түрінде тапсырмалар оқу материалын 
жоғары деңгейде меңгеру, жүйелілігін және оны зерттеу орнықтылығын қамтамасыз 
ететіні бірнеше рет көрсетілген.

in the test form is checked knowledge of all investigated elements and compounds, etc. 
In general, the use of tasks in the test form is characterized by the ability to organize the 
total control of the assimilation of knowledge, in the best sense of the word "total". 
No other method of such an amazing opportunity has offered. And this is one of the most 
attractive aspects of educational technology based on the use of tasks in the test form. 
Tasks in the test form have been used not only for the development of tests and testing, but 
also used in the current educational process for the efficient organization of independent work. 
Thus, a new situation, changes the perception of test forms as a tool used exclusively for 
monitoring the level of preparedness for learning outcomes. 
Connection tasks in the test form with the already known way to a new educational 
technologies has given rise to another educational technology based on the theory of educational 
measurement. This was facilitated by the appearance of tasks in the test form as a separate concept. 
In our institute has taken some steps to improve the students' independent work. The 
problem of the organization of such work was often discussed in the departments. According to 
this issue many conferences, creative sessions with the faculties during which prepare thousands 
of new tasks in the test form, suitable for use in independent work of students were often organized. 
Expands Computing Base, purchased new software and tools automation self-study process. Now 
it is a high time to began an important work for the implementation of test forms in the current 
educational process, as an independent work and a new generation of textbooks and manuals. Such 
wide-scale use of pedagogical possibilities of test forms allows universities to lead in matters of 
scientific and educational organizations to achieve new results in improving the quality of training. 
In order to implement the model of education in Bukhara State Medical Institute named after 
Avicenna in terms of the intensification of training of graduates to the teaching staff tasked with 
the implementation in the educational process of innovative technologies to achieve to improve 
the quality of student learning. One of the most perspective direction is the use in the educational 
process of distance learning systems aimed at motivating students' independent work, so that the 
objective of monitoring, the quality of knowledge can give students the opportunity to complete 
perception of educational material submitted in electronic format on a structured hypermedia 
environment. 
Modern students have become so adept at using digital technology, that their way of life is 
actually defined it. In this regard, in many universities around the world are currently implemented 
in the educational process of distance learning system moodle, which provides the following 
features in the learning process: 
1. Construction of a full structural model of the whole educational process in any 
specialty in any faculty (medical, medico-pedagogical, dental, etc.) in electronic form. 
2. Detailed development of training courses in any discipline, including: information 
content (lectures, guidance, additional materials for study, exam questions, case studies, quizzes, 
multimedia content); Activity of students (participation in forums, the implementation of practical 
and creative tasks, feedback to the teacher in the form of online or offline consultation, 
implementation of the wiki-projects, blogging and / or portfolio); control measures in the form of 
test control, tasks that require verification instructor providing feedback, as well as various creative 
tasks, such as crossword puzzles; means of statistical analysis of user activity and learning 
outcomes in a course (reports on the activities of participants, analysis of the results of control 
measures on groups, forming and printing statements and reports in the formats Microsoft Word, 
Microsoft Exel, txt. 
3. The ability to place all of the educational content on the web site of Institute, and on the 
Internet. 
4. Administration of the educational environment: registration of users, assigning them to 
roles, and the provision of rights administration.

Distance learning system allows to create tests with different types of responses - public 
and private, with lots of choices for compliance issues. Perhaps, restriction of number of attempts 
of passing of dough and time for passing of all questions that allows to organize as training tests 
for self-preparation without restriction of time and number of attempts, and control tests with any 
quantity of questions with the fixed number of attempts. To check the quality of the study of 
terminology, names and factual material is suitable such as the organization of the poll Hot Potato 
Quizes, representing crosswords, which can have a limited number of attempts to solve. For the 
creative works of students, abstracts, reports, electronic medical records is possible to use this form 
of control, as the estimated job as a file. The student sends a response in the form of a file (such as 
a Microsoft Word document).
After checking the teacher makes an assessment, which may be accompanied by a detailed 
Review of the work done and students and teachers have access to the statistical analysis of 
educational activity in the course. The student has the opportunity to view their grades obtained 
during the passage of the control measures. The teacher has access to the report on the activity of 
all students, and can get a table on the progress of the students groups and save them in any 
convenient for further statistical processing of the form, including the Microsoft Excel format. 
Effective feedback with students also contributes to the organization of surveys or questionnaires 
with the possibility of subsequent statistical analysis of audience response allows monitoring of 
the educational process through the eyes of a student for effective control of the quality of content 
and teaching.
A few words about course management capabilities of the teacher. In the role Editing 
Teacher is able to self-build and edit their own training course: selection and placement of 
information content, design and development of control measures, the organization of forums and 
news subscriptions, calendar and news forum of the course, allowing you to build a flexible 
educational process with the possibility of constant adaptation to the current needs of the 
university. 
Thus, the use of distance learning environment MOODLE allows to expand the 
possibilities of the educational process, both in terms of empowering the organization of 
independent work of students, and the use of this system in the organization of elective courses, 
provides additional quality controls education will solve the issues of economical use of space
