The undersigned parent/legal guardian of gives permission for our daughter to participate in the East Norriton Girls' Athletic Association (ENGAA) sports activity. I/We acknowledge the activities which our daughter will be engaged in and understand the ENGAA and East Norriton Township assumes no liability for any injuries to the person or property of our daughter. In consideration of the opportunity for our daughter to participate in sports activities which are essential to her health and well –being, I/WE do hereby jointly and severally release and forever discharge ENGAA and East Norriton Township, its successors, assigns, agents and employees from all actions, causes of action, suits, debts, dues, judgment, liabilities and any and all other claims and demands of any nature whatsoever which the undersigned now have or which may hereafter accrue on account of any and all known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen, temporary or permanent, bodily and personal injuries and property damage arising out of the sports activities which our daughter will engage.
As further consideration for the opportunity of our daughter to participate in the East Norriton Girls' Athletic Association (ENGAA), the undersigned hereby agree to protect East Norriton Township against any claim for damages, compensation or otherwise on the part of our daughter or any other party, arising out of resulting from injury to our daughter in connection with any sports activity sponsored by ENGAA and to reimburse or make good any loss or damage or cost that the Township may have to pay if any litigation arises from said injuries.

Family discount: – First child pays regular price, additional family members take $10.00 off.
Refund Policy: ENGAA will provide, at the registrant's request, a full refund up to the registration deadline date, minus a $10 admin fee. If the registrant requests a refund between the registration deadline date and the season start date, ENGAA will refund the registration fees, minus the cost of the uniform and a $10 admin fee. After season start date, no refunds will be issued. A returned check fee of $10.00 will be charged for all returned checks.
Volunteer Positions: Since we are a volunteer organization, we need to enlist the help and support of our parents. Please volunteer so that we can continue to provide a quality softball program. At a minimum, parents are expected to work the snack stand when scheduled. Please select from one or more of the following volunteer positions.
___Head Coach (Responsibilities include running practices, game rosters, setting up fields for games, communication with parents, other coaches and commissioners, attending coaches meetings.)
___Assistant Coach (Responsibilities include assisting head coach with practices, games and field set up.)
___Team Parent (Responsibilities include creating snack stand work schedule, communicating with parents for picture day schedules and working with picnic organizer for end of season picnic.)
___Field Maintenance (Responsibilities can include cutting grass at PCA, raking infields, special improvement projects.)
___Snack Stand Team (Responsibilities include stocking snack stand with ice, drinks and snacks. Creating master schedule for snack stand coverage from schedules provided by team parents.)
___Picnic Committee (Responsibilities include planning the end of season picnic and coordinating with the team parents.)
