The undersigned parent/guardian of gives permission for our daughter to participate in the East Norriton Girls'

Athletic Association (ENGAA) sports activity. I/We acknowledge the activities which our daughter will be engaged in and understand the ENGAA and East Norriton Township assumes no liability for any injuries to the person or property of our daughter. In consideration of the opportunity for our daughter to participate in sports activities which are essential to her health and well –being, I/WE do hereby jointly and severally release and forever discharge ENGAA and East Norriton Township, its successors, assigns, agents and employees from all actions, causes of action, suits, debts, dues, judgement, liabilities and any and all other claims and demands of any nature whatsoever which the undersigned now have or which may hereafter accrue on account of any and all known and unknown, foreseen and foreseen, temporary or permanent, bodily and personal injuries and property damage arising out of the sports activities which our daughter will engage.

As further consideration for the opportunity of our daughter to participate in the East Norriton Girls' Athletic Association (ENGAA), the undersigned hereby agree to protect East Norriton Township against any claim for damages, compensation or otherwise on the part of our daughter or any other party, arising out of resulting from injury to our daughter in connection with any sports activity sponsored by ENGAA and to reimburse or make good any loss or damage or cost that the Township may have to pay any litigation arises from said injuries.

I/We give permission to photograph or videotape my/our child/children for ENGAA publications and/or website.

Family discount: – First child pays regular price, additional family members take $35.00 off.

Refund Policy: ENGAA will provide, at the registrant's request, a full refund up to the registration deadline date, minus a $10 admin fee. If the registrant requests a refund between the registration deadline date and the season start date, ENGAA will refund the registration fees, minus the cost of the uniform and a $10 admin fee. After season start date, no refunds will be issued. (This does not apply to the seniors in the case there are not enough players. They will receive a full refund)

Volunteer Positions: Since we are a volunteer organization, we need to enlist the help and support of our parents. Please volunteer to make this a successful season. At a minimum, parents are expected to work the snack stand when scheduled.
