Essentially, these businesses are attempting to lower the costs of goods delivery. The cost of using trucks and people to deliver products is high, and using drones is expected to reduce these expenses. BPR can assist by evaluating the time it takes for drones to transport products and determining how that time can be decreased, as well as establishing the safety net for goods delivered by drone and determining whether or not it needs to be tightened.
