number. If the result is less than 100, convert it to an integer and print out the 
result. 

If as a result of summing the strings a string shorter than 10 characters is 
obtained, print out the result. If the length of the received string is greater than 
or equal to 10 characters, print out the string without the first and last 
characters.

Create an array (arr1) of characters with a length equal to the length of the 
concatenated string (s+m).

Fill the array with characters from the concatenated string.
