At  this  stage,  oversight  can  play  an  important  role,  changing  or  complementing  the  strategies 
adopted. 
The  third  stage  is  the  development  of  measures  for  socio-economic  development  of  the  region 
and  attraction  of  investments,  analysis  and  evaluation  of  the  project  effectiveness.  It  also 
involves  reconsidering  and  identifying  the  causes  of  distress,  identifying  the  impact  of  the 
investment  on  the  development  of  the  region,  and  taking  appropriate  measures.  This  compares 
the  sources  of  data  needed  for  evaluation  and  analysis,  the  feasibility  of  the  plans  and  their 
outcomes. 
The  main  goals  of  using  marketing  communications  effectively  in  building  the  image  of  the 
region are to provide effective information to investors, to give them credible information about 
the  current  situation  in  the  region,  and  to  build  trust.  It  is  important  to  note  that  regional  and 
regional  authority  have  a  marketing  communications  program  to  enhance  the  image  of  a 
particular region along with full and effective use of marketing communications tools.
