AJMR 

In order to "form  and develop  in  children the skills  of creativity, independent  thinking,  correct 

and fluent expression of the product of creative thought in oral and written forms in accordance 

with the conditions of speech," the main focus is on teaching the mother tongue. When teaching 

the ability to express the product of creative thought in oral and written forms in accordance with 

the conditions of speech, special attention should be paid to three aspects: 

1) Teach students to be creative, think independently; 

2) Teach the student to speak correctly, fluently, reasonably, logically; 

3) Teach the student to write correctly, fluently, reasonably, logically [5]. 

A  person  improves  his  speech  throughout  his  life.  This  process  is  especially  effective  during 

childhood.  From  an  early  age,  he  feels  the  need  for  communication,  more  and  more  needs  to 

listen to the opinions of others and express his own opinion. 

In  light  of  the  nature  of  the  topic  we  are  considering,  based  on  the  goals  and  objectives  listed 

above, we will focus below on the basic requirements for the speech of students in school.
