The design takes into account the appearance, structure, properties and functionof the fabric.
Straight, sticky, and trapezoidal extended silhouettes are commonin knitwear. The deformation
properties of the knitwear are taken into account indetermining the elasticity of the knit along the
chest line. Its value is smallerthan that of fabrics. At present, for a range of knitwear, the total
weave value hasbeen determined based on practical experience.
Pg = 1-4 cm for jumpers according to fashion trends; jackets tip 2-5; 4-6 cm forjackets. From the
easily stretchable canvas, the addition of underwear can betaken as 0, or it can be a negative
number because the required expansion of thedetails of the product during operation is provided
by the stretching of thecanvas. Most of the total attachment (50-55%), which is distributed
between theconstruction sections as follows, is allocated to the width of the back and
frontsections, and 25-30% to the width of the rear and front sections, respectively. The design of
knitted items includes the addition of Pm.n to the thickness of thefabric and the input fee Ppos to
form the desired volume. Pm.n = 0 for knittedfabrics with a thickness of 0.3 cm for the first and
second stretch groups, andPm.n = 1.5 cm for fabrics with a thickness of more than 0.3 cm. In
addition tothe thickness of the canvas, it is distributed as follows: 0.3 Pm.n-back section;0.3
Pm.n. 0.4 Pm.n-front section. According to the method of construction ofknitted goods, the
value-added of the fabric thickness is taken into account indetermining the vertical lines of the
base net in the basic design drawing.
Knitted fabrics with high elongation are provided by inserting a three-dimensional shape instead
of twigs along the shoulders, side seams and shoulderlines.
Its value depends on the quality of the knitted fabric and the design of theproduct. The location
of the vertical lines of the base net is calculated by thefollowing additions: "Pl.sh",
which takes into account the line of the shovels (inpractical calculations, 1 cm is taken); Pobsh, a
generally flattened appendagealong the chest line; in addition to the thickness of the canvas -
"Pm.n"; backwidth - "Ps"; in addition to the width of the anterior
segment, "Pp", the thoraciccavity is reduced by 1 cm.
The process of processing knitted goods consists of the following steps: joiningthe details,
finishing them and the final wet-heat treatment. The choice ofprocessing methods depends on the
design of the product, the characteristics ofthe knitted fabric, equipment and devices,
technological mode and parameters.
Knitwear is known to provide moisture and heat treatment under the influence ofmoisture, heat
and pressure at the rate of qt. Under the influence of moisture andheat, knitwear quickly
undergoes various deformations. Therefore, after theknitwear is subjected to moisture and heat
treatment, it is cooled and dried.
