Accordingly,  the  following  national  tasks  have  been  set  in  Uzbekistan  for  the 

implementation of Goal 5 of the SDGs:

 



 

Eliminate all forms of discrimination against all women everywhere; 



 

End  all  forms  of  violence  against  women,  including  human  trafficking,  sexual  exploitation 

and other forms of exploitation; 



 

Early marriages and ending forced marriages; 



 

Recognition and appreciation of unpaid work in care and housekeeping through the provision 

of utilities, infrastructure and social protection systems, encouraging the principle of general 

responsibility for family farming, taking into account national conditions; 



 

Ensuring  equal  participation  of  women  in  all  spheres  of  political,  economic  and  social  life 

and equal opportunities for leadership in decision-making; 



 

Ensuring universal access to health services for the provision of comprehensive health care in 

the field of reproductive health; 



 

Expand  programs  to  support  women  in  realizing  their  rights  and  interests  in  the  socio-

economic sphere;
