RESEARCH METHODS 

This research is experimental, experimental research is a research method that is used to find the 

effect  of certain  treatments  on others under  controlled conditions  (Sugiyono, 2008). This  study 

aims  to  examine  the  effect  of  decreasing  TDS,  Turbidity,  Hardness,  Chloride,  Fe,  and  E.coli 

using the coagulant Sucolite 210 SP (16.4 ppm, 21.4 ppm, and 26.4 ppm), Ferrolite, Manganese 

Greensand, Anion Resin,  and Cation Resin. Sequentially the processing stages  are presented in
