On the basis of concrete tests by ultrasonic and radioisotope methods, the dimensions and depth 

of defects  and damages,  in  particular cracks,  are  specified,  and, if necessary, additional control 

clearing is carried out. 

These data are given in the conclusion about the tests carried out and are used in the analysis of 

the results of determining the strength of concrete by various methods. They are also taken into 

account when choosing places for sampling concrete for laboratory research.
