Hello everyone! I`m Barotova Muxiba and would like to express my opinion on the topic bringing Uzbekistan`s education to the first place in the world. Personally, I work in the education system and make a number of suggestions. First and foremost, students need to be motivated to learn. This can be done in accordance with modern requirements through videos and commercials.
Second, in some schools, the number of students has increased to such an extent that it leads to a sharp decline in the quality of the classroom learning process. Accordingly, it is necessary to increase the number of small groups for the quality of the teaching process.
As for the work of teachers, they should be hired after testing their level of knowledge.
There should also be diversity in the system of creating textbooks. Unfortunately, textbooks and other teaching materials focus primarily on memorizing and describing information, hindering the development of critical thinking, independent search and analysis of information, and other skills;
There are also shortcomings in the study of applied sciences. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the equipment needed to study chemistry, biology, medicine, astronomy.
I think that the revision of the mechanism of conducting science olympiads will also improve the quality of education. The evaluation criteria should be adapted to the relevant international Olympiad and competition criteria.
Not only special schools, but also special higher education institutions should be established for the education of children with disabilities.
My important point in the field of higher education is that the system of admission to study on the basis of a super contract should be abolished. The reason is that young people who are not able to get an education at all but have enough money are graduating from prestigious universities without any education;
Another important suggestion is to encourage knowledgeable and enterprising teachers in order to create a healthy competition among teachers in educational institutions and encourage them to work more independently. On the contrary, fines should be imposed on teachers who do not try to teach low-quality, low-quality lessons.
The conclusion is that in order to bring education in Uzbekistan to the first place in the world, it is necessary to develop a new teaching system with the nationalization of the most modern models of education. It is necessary to get acquainted with the education system of Switzerland and Japan and to bring up children and youth to be both hardworking and knowledge-seeking.
