Indoor air quality is one of the major elements of smart construction, for this purpose
we need to plain proper ventilation spaces in the library. Due to the lack of ventilation its causes the
building makes expensive to cool and it also traps harmful toxins that can do serious damage to
people respiratory systems. It is assumed that most of the times users spend in indoor of the building
therefore it is necessary to proper air recycle plain should be used and does not stay stagnant. It is
require to improve the air quality, we use those such materials having low volatile organic
compounds (VOC) content and CO2 monitors, thermal comfort, air contaminant concentrations,
combustion products have to be installed which give a pleasing comfort inside the building. Smart
indoor environment is not taking care of environment only but it is about taking care of health of the
people

Energy Behaviour:
The basic concept to develop a smart architecture to creates an opportunity to reduce energy
consumption. It does totally depend upon the layout, design, materials and usage of smart power
grid. We cannot ignore the outside of the environment of the smart architecture, due to the awareness
of the environmental, as well as the cost of fossil fuels to operate giant heating, air conditioning and
ventilation systems smart engineers should recognised all those thing in the favour of the

electricity used inside the library and energy can be save and nature to. With the reflection of IGBC
rating system, building can reduce energy consumption through the energy efficient building design,
lighting, air conditioning systems etc.

It is the primary responsibility to the architect of the smart
architecture that library should have sufficient windows, glass windows and skylights areas, which
allow natural light during the day. Along with this its required to use smart and eco- friendly energy
consuming bulbs and lights with advance sense-ring programming by which the overall control of
the electricity can be the best possible to automated sensing system and its can minimise the
electricity consumption during the night and whole day for the same we also can use the advance
technology to save the electricity consumption via IoT (Internet of Things), Advance electricity sense-
ring programming etc.
