Interview: Turn in this application to the Project Dosti box in the Haas Center by February 18, 2004. After approximately 2 weeks, you will be informed about your interview time. Due to space limitation, we will be accepting 10-12 candidates and an interview is necessary for us to get to know you better.

Please answer each of the following 4 questions. Please limit your responses to no more than 250 words (approximately one-half page) per question.
