The subject of the study is the sum of the relations that arise in the process of liquidity management of commercial banks in the context of modernization of the economy.
The purpose of the study is to develop specific proposals and recommendations to improve the practice of assessing and managing the liquidity of commercial banks in the country.
Research methodology. The research used grouping, comparison, comparison, structural analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction, economic and statistical methods.

The results of the research and scientific innovations .


Separation of liquidity risk warning signs into internal and external factors, regular conduct of this GEP analysis to manage the bank's liquidity, assessment and determination of maximum values of the bank's key indicators based on the results of monitoring and control of stress test results. and detailed information on external and internal risk factors, stress test results for key analysis categories, and measures needed to make decisions on scenario types.
The main issues and hypotheses of the study. The practical application of the scientific proposals and practical recommendations developed in the research can lead to the solution of liquidity problems that may occur in the banking system.
Practical significance: the results and recommendations formed during the research can be used to identify liquidity in commercial banks, to develop measures to address the existing problems in their management.
Level of implementation and cost-effectiveness: The implementation of the findings and recommendations developed during the study may contribute to the optimization of bank liquidity management and minimization of liquidity risks in the future. In addition, the conclusions and recommendations of the research were used by universities in the study of students studying economics and finance, in particular, dissertation materials at the Tashkent Financial Institute “Banking”, “Banking, Analysis and Auditing” and can be used as a rich resource in the teaching of other disciplines.
